  4.  @bmxdenver1  It is NOT illegal to shoot someone who is "retreating" in every state. Especially since he is armed and he used that firearm to commit armed robbery. You don't know what he might do next so you don't know if there is "no longer a threat". Your choice of words, "would have went", does not inspire confidence that you are an authority. Or a lawyer.
