  1. I have a nuisance neighbor with a pack of 7 barking dogs,i cant walk out the door now without constant barking the entire time out there. They bark when i'm not out there quite often and i can hear them in the house.I am tempted to back a trailer up to the fence with a load of concert quality amplifiers/speakers and record their dogs barking and play it back to them 24/7 in a loop.
