@eightfivelude Congratulations for missing the point completely. First off those ovens are not a source of big pollution because they burn extremely hot and cook pizza in record time.,second there is no reason to change them. Third,cooking with electricity is not near as efficiencient,especially for a power grid struggling to stay up to charge electric cars and everything else electric powered.
