The rich are 1% of the population,and they could of gone after them at anytime before but they don;t because the rich have good lawyers and would tie up in court. The 87000 IRS agents are coming after "we the people",the low hanging fruit. Average citizen can't afford good tax lawyers and are easy pickens.

@woutmoerman711 carbon is not our enemy, everything nearly is made from it. Co2 is not our enemy,if u attended 5th grade or so you learned plants use co2 to grow and give O2 in return. Oil is not a problem. What they call renewable(wind and solar) is total BS. all this stuff takes alot of energy to make and are waste products at the end. Electric cars are a boondoggle,they are neither green or going to save the world. just think about all the parts and items coming from china to the USA on a ship that burns dirty bunker oil,how is that green. Don't buy into the criminal Al Gore-esque nonsense. The only problem with the climate is places like Harvard using geo engineering to pollute the skies and alter it, just look up harvard geoengineering program. this stuff has been going on for many years.
