Extortion seems to be the norm these days with companies like this from social media to review sites on down. Its pretty disgusting to have to put up with it and these people who can do serious damage to peoples business and reputation. I am glad you called them out on this Louis. The only bad kharma here is for the person who deservedly got fired for putting others private info out and the lawyer who called with the audacity to tell you karma will get you. I am not against technology,but i see it misused and abused on a daily basis and i just want to opt out. Good on you Louis, for having integrity and making a effort to do honest business. If i ever was dumb enough to buy a apple product and it broke, you would have my business for sure.
