carbon is not the enemy,almost everything is made from carbon. There is no "green' alternate energy LOL. everything has a footprint.

@aidanmorgan6291 Um,maybe fukushima? 3 mile island? its not the fear as much as what do u do with the nuclear waste it makes? And if u havent learned anything from these disasters you are not paying attention.

@5nowChain5 Yes,but he just said nuclear. Thorium is better,but still has 2 problems,one is they cost 10x what a normal plant costs because of the special pressure vessel and even tho the military has used them,they havent been developed on a larger scale.

@williamforbes6919 everything has negatives. man has a bad footprint when chasing energy. but calling nuclear anywhere green is just greenwashing lol. You havent heard of the many storage sites leaking over the years?

@callidusvulpes5556 Well,building a electric car takes the same factory as a gas car basically and contains way more copper in wiring and motor., lithium is a finite resource as fossil fuel. Where is the real savings. We already have fuel stations nation wide,but want to spend billions for charging/super charging stations-does this make sense? generating electricity,sending it far and charging a battery saves little if nothing for example-many times just transferring pollution. conversions are losses. solar panels take a large amount of energy refining cells and making glass and aluminum frames. the question is are we really doing better? The greenwashing says so,but the facts dont support it in most cases. Change is only good if it makes sense.
