i live in the sticks and use a Novatel Tasman t1114 modem with verizon grandfathered unlimited. $60mo for between 2 and 20Mbit,and im far from the tower lol. Louis, the service you get is horrid.. You definately need someone at TW to yell at. I can't believe a business account could be so bad?

I bet the apple store is paying some lackey to stand near Louis's internet junction box and short it randomly..if its fiber they must be stepping on it!
