  1. Same thing happened here, had the same mailman for 10+years. Homer(no kidding) was a great guy and always nice,made sure we got our mail. Then one day he either retired or was moved and its been problematic since.

  2. Something you may want to consider, make sure the envelope is 3/4 thick at least,anything less and they get stuck in the machines and that might be pissing off the guy clearing them. So pad them thicker with peanuts or something. This is just a guess to what could be happening. If the bits are in the envelope loose i would put them in a small box or container then in the envelope.
