Cities breed disease,noise,pollution,crime,dysfunctionality,and waste-they are the most unsustainable examples man can build because of the concrete and steel. everything must be trucked in.. not to mention the most crooked politicians. That is not to say rural areas are all perfect,but i would rather be rural any day on my old land,my own garden and my peace of mind. As Ben Franklin says: “They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.”
