  1. Do you know what the dumb people who use too small extension cords do when u add a fuse to them? they blow the fuse,and dont have another,so they jam tinfoil,nails or whatever in the place of a fuse. Or they install a wrong rated fuse, so you are right back where u started.

  2. We don't need more laws rules,but if u have to have more why not just mandate only a proper minimum gauge cord can be sold.. everything 12 gauge for 120v would likely work,thicker for long lengths of course.
