  1. There is no proof of murder, only embezzlement, lying, addiction. Circumstantial is bs. Where is the actual proof, time of death from official coroner, clothing with blood, and weapons? Too many unanswered questions, lots of doubt, no actual proof of murder.... proof for deception and embezzlement put him in prison for murder. If he is guilty get real proof, weapons, clothing, etc. They need to check with the hospital for when he visited his dad in the hospital that night. Shouldn't there be finger prints on Maggie's phone if he got rid of it???
