  5.  @milocabral7428  denying people elections (Constitutions prohibits elections of PARLIAMENT during wartime, not the elections of president), proudly massacring anyone wanting to escape the country, pandering to neo-nazis that demolish every monument not pledged to the ww2 nazi collaborators, prosecute any political opposition, religious and ethnic groups, jailing and disappearing people for any form of dissent such as photoing Ukrainian anti-air missiles massacring civilians - seems pretty dictatorship to me.
