  6. as soon as you lift economical sanctions, constant training with South Korea's army openly planning to invade North one while foing so and blocking North Korea's international trade - yes I would imagine north koreans would be more ok with your existance. It would be even better if you would take back your troops in Afganistan and Syria, but that's too much to wish for.
