@wizzgamer ah, yeah, soviets gave hitler away Austria and Czechoslovakia, sure. It wasn't France and UK one bit. Also, it's not liek USSR was the last european power to sign non-agression pact with nzai Germany long after UK and France did, uhuh.

@wizzgamer yeah, yeah, go ahead and disregard an open offering that USSR gave to Poland to together defend Czechoslovakia.Poland ate it's own iece of Czechoslovakia together with Hittler and payed for it.

@coletonbelcher The large amount of suppplies that arrived no sooner than 1943 when Germany's fate was already decided by the USSR, eh? The supplies that demanded surrender of strategic resources that could be used for it's own soviet productino that is. USSR was also a factor in Japanese defeat, wrecking it's best pilots and tanks at Khalkin Gol battle in 1939. USSR would win anyway, USA joined when the victor was laready decided, same way those cowards did in ww1.

My dad only went out for sigarettes, that's probably 5 minute walk.

@Aristocles22 US suffered huge losses against already decimated Japanese whose best troops were killed by chinese, best pilots by soviets at halkin gol and fleet was devastated by the lack of fuel, how big would their losses be against proper German army? Without Soviets Germany would not waste their pilots, nor Romanian oil, kept bombing UK into being non-factor in the air, etc. Heck, by the time of American interference Axis would have already won and took over UK in operation Sealion and US would need to worry about Axis puppet at their north.

@HokushoSociety Poland literally partitioned Czechoslovakia with Germany, and?
20
@ThatGuy76985 German war machine was wrecked in 1941-1942, long before material support even arrived.

@unnamed776-m9h heroes. USA were and are the unsung vilains with good publicity, a kingpin nation, if you will.
15
@fireblades38 would rather move in Soviet Union. Russia is just yet another oligarchic regime not so different from the western countries.

supplies by lnd-lease came very late to be of significant use at the time of Stalingrad. Also, USSR was forced to pay in natural resources as first payments which could be used for it's own militayr industry, duh.

@GreenOlive54 and US gave computers for concentration camps and metals for Germany. Your point being?
3
@Emaw00 Russia is Eurasian, learn geography.

@PaulWalker-sy1sj according to the stats of lend-lease per year, not a total one that you like to parade so much. Also, there should be zero trush in traitorous scum Kruschev that killed Stalin and tried his best to erase good people's memories of such. Allies lend-lease helped... and also damaged, as USSR payed for it till.. 2005 when the final payment was done on it. It didn't help that the cost of it wasn't of natural market-prices, but by artificial American monopolies pulling prices for it out of their asses, essentially robbing USSR from numerous natural resources that were used as first payments during the war... resources that could have been used by Soviet industry to help war effort instead.

@Person0fColor yeah, Americans were effective in killing civilians en masse with the British like they did in Dresden, Tokyo and Hiroshima with Nagasaki... didn't influence the way of war, just added up to their list of warcrimes, though. Soviets pled to stop the Hittler at Czechoslovakia - guess what UK, France and Poland did then? Enabled nazi Germany instead, with Poland specifically taking their own share out of a fellow sovereign coutnry. Hyene of Europe is a nickname of Poland - put a knife into their slav brothers' back during mongol invasion, put a second one during the time of troubles.

@coletonbelcher lmao, in current dollars, my ass. The US monopolists made up prices out of their own asses and USSR was forced to agree to pay up those ten thousand percent oberblown checks cause they wouldn't recieve anything otherwise. US was very sucessful in it's theft of other's future, getting payments all the way to the 2000s for that lend-lease.

@asianlifter unsung in their killing each other and their own civilian population in fear of Japanese, that is. Killing 20 millions by the starvation alone by blowing up the dams was the onlyachievement of chinese nazi government and chinese commies could only achieve small skirmish victories that they blew out of proportions by the propaganda means while stilll running away from japanese like every chinese faction did.. Chinese were plain and simple inept.

@joedenathan4775 yes, as per usual. The only difference is that such were never exposed in comparison.
1
@joedenathan4775 what an incredible naivety. Every single agreement between governments have parts available to public and unavailable ones. That's how the gray world around you works.
1
@planetcaravan2925 they stood against evil of nazism while allies were busy losing to Japan, so yes, Soviets were absolutely heroes.

@georgedobler7490 yeah, from New York Times. They forged that lie and they laughed at it as if they weren't the ones that created it, typical american propaganda.
