  2. Tsar was a good family man and terible ruler, he became martyr and a saint by getting killed. Stalin was ruthless ruler that state needed to survive, he brought prosperity, sicence, educatin and medicine to nyumerous people, not to mention bringing up the languages of minorities, a father of nations. Tsar was a familty man fo rhis family, Stlain was family man for all of the world.
