The fact is that thebrushed off the facts that were saying that it was indeed Ukrainian doing, like Ukraine blowing the other dam before and already once cutting source of water to Crimea not to mention to slopes on Russian held side being lower meaning more devastation which is to good knowledge to the Ukraine.
