  3.  @RdamplificationUk1  not really. The best factory workers are still men and with the current mobilisation efort the best such oculd get are PTSD invalids for workers. Then there's issue of Russia constantly targetting Ukrainian logistics while not doing so to the neigbouring countries supplying such, duh. Finally, look how defense budgets of Ukraine getting swallowed by it's cirruption lelf to the northern front crumbling these days - the Ukrainians cannot be trusted with any funds, if west want to support it - it should send materials only and even then most of such would be stolen and re-sold on black market.
