NK troops won't change anything on their own and they are here not for this, but to prepare in safe conditions and circumstances of total artillery advantage to fight SK.

@DanAdrianAvram Standards of living were taken. When a person don't have his own house and slaved to pay for his education for his whole life - that's not healthy society. Government can put extreme taxation in the products of other countries trying to get in - that was the main income of USSR (before massive underground oil lakes discovery in 70s) while it provided free healthcare, education and vacation trips for all of it's citizens.
