By the 2020th stats there were 87 819 self identifying as Koreans while you must pay in mind that most of Russians identify themselves as Russian no matter their original ethnicity or color of skin compared to racist ethnostates like yours where racism is all around. For example, I have Finnish blood, (kazan)Tatar, Ukrainian and Hungarian and perfectly fine identifying as Russian.
