Wow, freedom house, organization funded by US government, said that Taiwan is free - must be true then, lmao.

Sorry, but I don't believe on a word to bias person who is monetarily interested to portray the situation the worst possible way. You need hard evidence, not just "this guy heard stories of the eye witnesses, I swear it sounds horrible, bruh". P.S. also, it's a lie that current China has one thousand year history of fighting Muslims, if anything, Muslims paid their role in establishing communistic regime and went so far as to behead their imams that opposed it. They did it themselves, not Chinese colonizers or some shit.
2
cause it has literal zero proof of happening, duh.

freedom and democracy are not appreciated by everyone, though. Having your plate full, having fulfilling job and family life you don't need that. Regardless of Chinese propaganda, a capitalistic system of the west births lots of unemployed low class that desperate to get by another day.
1
which actions exactly? Where's your western "innocent until proven guilty" concept, eh?
1
if you are American you already support one, though. It's not China that went around world with instilling rebellions and civil wars.
1
@thesmuggest6680 Arab spring, for example (They trained on Central and South American nations to keep such in line, kept going doing those rebel inspiring and financing things in Africa, then in Middle East and moved so far as into Georgia, Ukraine, Belarus and Russia). You could argue that China is building African infrastructure and buys some south European and African politicians in a way of their soft power, but it's nowhere near American harsh power of instilling bloodshed to force loyal government into power worldwide.

yeah, totally, it should have belonged to Russia instead, kek.

Catherine the Great replaced your lands devastated by Ottomans with Russian settlers cause there was no Ukrainian left, but you do you, cry your nationalism and how bad was Stalin, who sent to gulag all your corrupt officials who lied about how miniscule hunger was at the time. Although, USSR has fallen due to embracing libtard economic reforms of Gorbachev to become as crapitalist as the west.
1
@solderbuff you read, but you can't comprehend what you have read. Yes, hunger was devastating, partially cause local Ukrainian authorities lied about it scale, Partially cause economic embargo enforced on USSR at the time didn't accept any sort of soviet money to be used in global market, only grain. Partially ,cause regions influenced were ill-known for famines for hundreds of years during tsarists times, etc..
1
@logos9619 being kulak was indeed cushy live compared to average peasantry, though. Lending money and beating up fellow peasants into submission.. yeah, those are the traits that led kulaks into downfall when soviets came. People that broke their chains were pretty pissed at their exploiters and don't try to bring one thing to another. If anything, ex-kulaks who hid extra food when their neighbors were starving only worsened the situation.
1
@logos9619 kulaks started as peasants same as nobility started as warriors.. so fucking what? Classes begun different from what they eventually become and after serfdom abolishment the power vacuum was quickly filled by the blood-drinking kulaks and the debts' slavery they put fellow peasants in, duh. Although, not fucking dare to compare intentional cleansing from famine that happened in the region every 10 or so years (and destruction of kulak class does not equals killing such, duh.). Also, don't make up some crazy shit like if people were punished for having food at all. People were punished for stealing property that didn't belong to them ,sure, but not for hoarding their own excess which is precisely why majority of peasants suffered while ex-kulaks who hid some of their property from nationalization lived on and now their descendants dare to whine that it was they that suffered from it the most. The fucking audacity..
1
@solderbuff all things considered, it's mostly important who socialists viewed as kulaks and put in place for - loan sharks and re-sellers of the town's products for the higher prices, abusing inability of the fellow peasants to travel. There is nothing cool of being kulak descendant.

@jamiequinones2150 famines that happened in Ukraine every fucking 10 years long before communism was established there but you do you, keep blaming it on Stalin.
1
@jamiequinones2150 which they lost millions of lives every 10 years, though, tzarists government had some measures to deal with, but (disregarding royal treasury being stolen by Japanese) lives were still lost untill soviets fixed the issue and it's not happening anymore since then. You can argue that corrupt Ukrainian local authorities lying to Stalin that everything is fine indeed contributed to the food supplies to be relocated to OTHER territories that famine was rampant in, though. They were shot for their crimes.

same way US "investigated" Iraq?
1
which is quite telling isn't it? I like to watch those guys for different perspective but they have literally nothing on supposed uyugur genocide except words of biased person which contradict even knowledge of locals such as you are.
