Seller asks $11, I say $9, we meet at $10 In Turkey seller asks $25, I walk away... He comes after me offering it for $24... I shake my head and walk on... $23? This can go on for half an hour... And even when he goes down to $10, I wont buy it, because he wasted my time! And I am sure he wanted to cheat me at first. And he is angry because Dutch people only look and do not buy... It is a cultural difference.
