@carmella88 nooooo. As long as your eating properly and staying at the amount of calories you burn each day let’s say for example a 2000 cal a day diet then you maintain the weight loss. But if you start eating a bunch of cookies and cakes and ice cream then of course you’re gonna gain weight anybody would even without fasting. The fasting get you to lose the unwanted weight then it’s up to you to eat right and maintain it. Simple Common sense actually.

It’s because they aren’t eating the same. No 2 people eat the same even in the same house hold. And the activity level of the two are different as well.
