36 hours in fasting here! Energy is low. Not much hunger now, but since all my glucose is gone and I’m running on ketones if I do any physical activities I can definitely feel the fatigue.

@carmella88 nooooo. As long as your eating properly and staying at the amount of calories you burn each day let’s say for example a 2000 cal a day diet then you maintain the weight loss. But if you start eating a bunch of cookies and cakes and ice cream then of course you’re gonna gain weight anybody would even without fasting. The fasting get you to lose the unwanted weight then it’s up to you to eat right and maintain it. Simple Common sense actually.

29 hours in a water fast and I’m feeling great! 👍 checked my ketones with some ketone strips and I’m burning fat which is part of the goal🤙🏻
