  4. When he ran into him he wasn’t thinking about that. But as he continued to drive the oddness of the encounter kept replaying in his mind. Then he finally pieced it all together and pulled over he said to look at pictures of the guy and that’s when he realized who he had just ran into. It’s kind of like if you were driving today and see Someone you’re not going to think it’s him out of all the people what’s the odds you would run into him so it doesn’t really clicked right away

He has heard a little bit about the case but not a lot. So he got to thinking about what Brian had said to him about going to see his girlfriend in California and remembered there is An oddball out there and the cops are looking for and about what happened in California so he talks about how he pulled over to the side the road to look up pictures of Brien and New immediately that’s the person that he talk to. So that’s when he decided to call 911 when he looked on his phone and saw the pictures of him.
