  4.  @wrestleXrock  NY law only requires that the prosecution proves that there was "the intent" to further another crime. But they dont actually have to charge the secondary crime. This case and trail was air tight. Its not going anywhere.

This is my point when I say that you dont have a clue. There are no grounds for a constitutional challenge. Federal courts have no jurisdictions. These arguments has been rejected by courts several times now. You're clearly not even keeping up with proceedings lol

There are no reversible errors because you have no idea what the law says or how it works. You just cant handle the fact that hes a convict. Get used to it hahaha
