  5. ​@Prognosis__ No, but they take over places like parks for mass prayers, which is actually illegal as it's almost always prohibited by bye-laws. Blocking streets and public thoroughfares is also illegal, but that's also done quite frequently, apparently, but the police refuse to take action.
