  2. ​@vordman It doesn't matter that they build businesses or are family oriented, they still shouldn't be here. Also, some subsets of the group you mention cause a lot of trouble for us locals.

  4. ​ @mikebryant614 They cost the state, ie us, vast sums in various benefits (not all monetary) but that money ends up in the pockets of big businesses and property magnates, and also pays for the necessary state infrastructure to service their needs, so basically, it's making ordinary people poorer, making the rich richer and paying for a bloated state, all wins for the political class.

  7. ​ @terencephillips6833 Even that wouldn't give a true picture since a great many of them (the non-us) get suspended sentences for crimes that would see a British heritage person incarcerated, so the stats generated there would still be on the low side. Then of course, we also have British heritage people jailed for writing facts on stickers, or using non-pc words in podcasts years ago as well, which would also skew the stats...
