  4. It's about zero. The Battle of Britain was 1940 and non-w pilots didn't start arriving in Britain until 1942, I believe.

  9. You sure about that? Got any stats to back that up? The Battle of Britain was in 1940, and pilots from the places you mention (apart maybe from Poland) didn't start arriving in Britain until 1942, and their numbers were not "lots" compared to the rest of the RAF.
