  1. I had the same thing, my entire family was being victimised by some scumbags who moved in next door to us. A malicious complaint to the police from them was taken up by a woman police officer who took their side with no attempt to investigate or see our side. She went on to threaten me with arrest for an incident they completely fabricated, and ignore actual evidence of their victimising us. Absolutely despicable policing.

They made a complaint, with no evidence, and without any investigation, this policewoman was round my house threatening me with arrest despite my mrs and my brother vouching for my version of events. Then, a few weeks later she rang me on my mobile when I was hundreds of miles away from home to threaten me again, for another completely specious allegation. Looking back on it, I wish I'd put in some sort of formal complaint about her behaviour. It certainly damaged my faith in the police.

  23. @The Video Lounge  This family moved in when our previous neighbours, who we got on very well with, moved out as they were getting on and wanted to live in a bungalow. Within a few days, their brat kids were throwing litter and fag ends over the fence into our garden, making an utter racket in their trampoline, letting literally dozens of different balls end up in our garden. The kids often fired stones into our garden with catapults while we were out in it. One put a lit cigarette on our shed roof which caused a burn in the roofing felt. The adults were also a pair of shits, frequently parked cars across our drive, often stood smoking where outside our kids' open bedroom windows so the smoke blew in, and on one occasion, the Mrs literally tried to knock me off my pushbike with her car. The dad was on the roof "cleaning off some moss" but was seen on our roof peering in through our skylights. They had a new three piece suite, and somehow, all the wrapping ended up in our garden. They put up a basketball hoop over their patio and playing basketball, the kids caused a lot of very intrusive noise. They bought one of their kids a drumkit, which went in one of the rooms up against the adjoining wall. All that and the police and council weren't interested, yet they made a couple of spurious allegations and had a copper threatening me with arrest purely on their say-so and no evidence.
