Yet, when other groups were underrepresented, schemes, bursaries and other initiatives were launched to address the fact. However, nothing is being done to even investigate why English working class males don't go to University. This is telling, in my opinion. Also, you don't need to specify "wh..." when mentioning the English, since English is a W ethnicity.
