  18. I don't agree. Flight is not the reason. Inflow massively exceeds outflow, hence the continual increase in population. This would be happening without any flight at all, the government's willingness to continually increase the population at unsustainable rates, and the UN's contention that the UK can accommodate well over a hundred million people bear this out.
