In the first episode a mature white gentleman was binned, despite making better pots than one of the bame contestants who even failed to complete one of the challenges. It's all part of the plan. So much programming and advertising these days is all about demoralising, depressing and demeaning wht people. It's a sustained campaign by people that hate us and box ticking is only a small part of it.

  10. That's certainly part of it, but I am sure it's also part of a sustained campaign to depress, demean and demoralise wht people, men in particular, by people that hate us. If it was just about representation, in ads, we'd see bk people, and bk families, and we'd still see a fair proportion of wht men. Instead, the wht men we do see are unattractive, incompetent, boorish, while bk men are shown as the opposite and most often with wht wives and mixed rhaysse kids. It's social engineering by people who want us erased as a nation.

It's a fact that one small minority is massively over-represented on television nowadays, particularly in adverts and mixed-race white female/non-white male couples depicted far, far in excess of their actual prevalence in society.   24. This is just a single example of many cases of this bias though. If it was an isolated case it would be petty to moan about it, but it isn't. The majority of "programming" (haha) seems to be like this now. I watched some children's TV with my young son, one programme was about three families whose children school together and the cast was literally only 1/3 wht.

  32. They have BET in America, "Black Entertainment Television", but a similar channel for whts would not be tolerated anywhere. The same old dual standard. The BBC has Radio 1 Xtra which seems to broadcast music by black artists only and the BBC Asian Network, but would never consider a TV channel, or radio station aimed specifically at ethnic English or even British viewers or listeners.
