Yes, Hamas are an utterly despicable bunch, and yes, this burgeoning community in the UK is a problem, but that doesn't make Isreal our friend, and it doesn't mean that a certain group doesn't weild inordinate power in our politics which they do not use for the interests of the British, but for themselves. Research "Conservative friends of Isreal" for instance.
