  2.  @steveturner6770  I've seen it happening myself. Even seen police present and ignoring it going on, so I dispute your claim that it never happened.

  3.  @steveturner6770  It is a recent thing, where I live. The first time I saw it going on was about twelve years ago, it also happened at the voting for the EU referendum, there was a bunch of remainers outside the voting station with placards, chanting, and police present just watching them.
