@missgemini6973 I believe he is talking about a study done that claimed that smaller classrooms performed better. So bill went about breaking up schools. Then we find out that the whole thing was based off of a statistical fallacy and (I believe if i'm remembering correctly) that the opposite was actually true as bigger schools have more resources and options for students. This was all outlined in the book "Thinking Fast, and Slow" by Daniel Kahneman. Small schools have smaller sample sizes and are therefore more likely to produce outliers which was the case for Bills intervention since his actions were predicated on a study with a tiny sample size.

The idea that only a couple companies in the world are even capable of making these vaccines while Bill simultaneously uses as an example how he worked with Indian companies to make vaccines more available in previous years is just...... what's the word...... contradictory. There's just no way that anything we do today (especially on a massive scale like this) is so complicated that only a couple people can do it.
