  1. The US health system is a nightmare and even if abortion is legal but must be medically necessary, still adds to the horror. I work for an insurance company and they deem cancer patients radiation as "not medically necessary" because it allows them to get out of paying for people's expensive treatments. Same goes for abortion. And insurance companies, even in emergency situations, usually have a period of 48 hours to respond to doctors evidence to get a determination of whether a procedure is allowed and is deemed medically necessary. Doctors in an emergency situation like this do not have the luxury of hoping the insurance company or a court will be reasonable and recognize medical necessity.

  2. Getting a vasectomy is genocide? By that definition any sex that doesn't result in procreation is also genocide. And even abstinence is genocide cause sperm cells don't live forever, even if you don't release them.
