So, Remdesivir is given via IV to patients sick enough to be hospitalized with life threatening symptoms while Ivermectin is prescribed by a doctor to be picked up at a pharmacy...... yeah, it's no wonder one of those groups has a higher fatality rate. This is why you need to do an actual double blind randomized control trial, which has a control group, and not just look at two incomparable variables via a cross-sectional observation study.
