Like I get the investment/hedgefund aspect that they might have money in Israeli companies but a freaking breakfast cereal company? The support for Israel is just mind blowing and bizarre.   23. They define "heartbeat" as any electrical activity. That does not require a heart. That's what their Heartbeat Bill is about. Electrical activity occurs long before the heart is even developed. Myocardial conducting cells create the electrical impulse in the heart and only make up 1% of the actual heart, therefore you can literally be missing 99% of your heart and still show a "heartbeat".
