  2. Biden turned his docs over immediately and allowed a full search of his house and office to make sure there were no more. That's the difference. While Trump refuses to give them back, hides them, sells them, attempts to have his employees destroy the evidence and still wont give them back. That's the context. Hence why Mike Pences documents also weren't a big deal, because he immediately gave them back.
