  1. What he meant to say is that it's a win for the Dems and Biden because they've shown their donors that they are just as willing to throw the American people under the bus whenever Republicans and corporations ask.

  2. Biden could have just said no cuts. Period. Either pass it and pay what republicans already spent or they blow up the whole world economy. Biden could also have just used the 14th amendment and said we are paying our bills no questions asked.
