  1. So this is the only corporate "crime" that could ever result in prison time for someone at a corporation. That's insane! McDonalds "hires" 12 year olds for overnight shifts and then doesn't even pay them and doesn't get in any trouble whatsoever and only gets a $500 fine. Meat packing plants employ 14 year olds who then get their hands grinded up in meat grinders. No problem. Bank of America opens millions of fake accounts fraudulently, so identity theft as well, and no problem, small fine, no jail time for anyone involved. etc. etc. But a reporter reporting on basic facts will get you a prison sentence. Yep that's the good ol' US!
