The last one was the police wasn't it? Or was that somewhere else? I read a story not long ago about the police chasing some guy who then broke into a woman's house while she was at work and the police decided to bring in a tank and basically mow the house down with the guy inside. And of course the city didn't pay for any of the damages they caused.
