  1. What the heck is a "free refund"? If they took your money and are forced to give it back because they didn't provide the agreed service then it's not a free refund. It's just a refund.

  2. All refunds should be automatic. If you pay for a service and don't get that service and are not given an automatic refund, that is fraud. Healthcare is the same way. You get some bill in the mail and it literally doesn't even say what you are paying for. It's so opaque it should be illegal. McDonalds gives better receipts than the hospital and that's insane.
