  1. I hate the question "what do you do" because 99% of us in the US do NOT choose our career. In fact 40% of people make under $15/hr working crap service jobs. So it just feels like an insult to the vast majority of us that are not absolutely blessed with the privilege to be able to just go to school and get a job that we like or that we feel has meaning.

  2. Sure but your tiny tax contribution pales in comparison to not only our tax contribution but the fact that half the country literally cannot afford the medical bills they already have incurred. I would feel like healthcare is free if I just had to pay an extra 5-10% in taxes and not have to worry about dying or going bankrupt everyday. Don't forget US has no rules or regulations about pharma and other companies charging whatever they want so our drugs and services cost 10 times more just so pfizer ceo can buy another yacht.
