  4. Right! That's why they are trying to use the debt ceiling to force Biden to cut benefits. Either way republicans win cause they can say "hey look Biden cut your social security and medicare" or they can say, "look the entire global economy tanked under Biden". Either way half the country will believe them because either they don't pay attention or they will be gaslit to believe otherwise.
