  1. If they can sue the gov for possibly impacting future profits via debt cancellation that they don't even hold then I should be able to sue the Federal Reserve for raising interest rates and making my mortgage/credit card/car loan etc. more expensive.

  2. It has nothing to do with "personal finance". People need jobs that pay enough to survive. Which requires a degree in the vast majority of cases. Statistically a lot of those people are not going to get a great job immediately after leaving college and with constant economic collapses every few years and the FED raising interest rates to make people unemployed.... well, you can see the problem.
