  1. This judge should be in prison for refusing to do the job. Giving a judge the ability to indefinitely say they are not going to rule on a case so that it's just stuck there is insane. Especially one as obvious and important as is the President a King and Dictator or a president? If the president has full immunity then he can just decide on day one that all elections are cancelled, all political opponents are to be imprisoned, the constitution is to be thrown out and they are now the sole ruler.
