  2. And they use their "network" to make it so that if you go to any business they don't own then you have to pay for it entirely. And even their "in-network" doctors may be in the network yesterday but not today when you have an appointment but they join the network again tomorrow. I've literally seen that happen on Medicare Advantage plans multiple times.
