  2. You are correct. But only because these chemicals were classified as NOT flammable and hazardous. Which they clearly are. That's why they must be regulated.

  3. The phrase "thrown under the bus" only applies when the scapegoat is innocent. That is not the case here since Pete is the Transportation secretary and has the power to regulate and fine and hold these companies responsible for their crimes.

  4. That conclusion does not follow. Corporate Dems can be corrupt too. Therefore they can both be a threat, just one is clearly way more of a threat than the other.
