  1. The only heads that rolled are those of the whistleblowers. The CEO is getting a massive payout to "step down", which just means he's going to get a huge bonus and he will be the CEO of another company in a few months. Meanwhile they are literally murdering whistleblowers and bringing back the other executives that helped cause the problem in the first place as their "solution". Of course I'm sure there will be more announcements of increased dividends and stock buybacks as well.

  2. Now Boeing is talking about bringing back some of the executives that left with their golden parachutes in the last few years to "turn the ship around" with their "star power". This is just an opportunity to reinforce the status quo, everyone gets big bonuses, play a little musical chairs and then announce another giant round of stock buybacks to calm the shareholders nerves and cut the workers pay as well as any other safety corners left to pay for it, or just threaten/bribe the US government and make the taxpayers foot the bill again like always.
